Thanks Jason. I’m still learning this new plug-in. It’s tools are a bit different than the applications standard tools. The benefits though are quite stunning.

Already it has been, yes. Once the new tower is built, I will update this model and archive the “old” one as the year it changed. I spent quite a bit of time drawing these plans in Illustrator before importing them into Lightwave.

This complex will probably be one of the most complicated to model. Just wait until the new Wolfson’s Tower starts to go vertical.

Thanks! I’m continuing to push forward. Once I get the Baptist medical area/district in, that should give me all the major structures on the Southbank. After that it’s pretty much adding details like smaller buildings, roads, etc., then hit the Northbank with a vengeance. I have nearly all photo references I need for the Northbank already (pending any new constructions), all I’m lacking is the Alltel Stadium and Jax Port areas. It’s taken me quite some time to get to just this point, but I’m extremely satisfied with the results and I can’t wait to see a finished product.

Yes, that definitely plays a part too. I’ll continue publishing this series on building. It will focus on buying components from Newegg.com.
